  • Online training to refresh your technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

  •  Work with a team of L1 & L2 Specialists in the Remote Support Center to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  •  Responsible for e2e management of the assigned Remote delivery team.
  •  Demonstrate high level of customer focus and drive Operational metrics and Customer satisfaction results.
  •  Work with Account Support Managers and Regional counter parts to drive improvements in end-to-end delivery.
  •  Escalation Management - Work closely with Field delivery and other Cross functional teams to drive timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Capability and Capacity management within the team.
  • Drive process compliance & collaboration within the team
  •  Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications and skills:

  • Full time 10+2+3 education and experience of minimum 5 years
  • Highly motivated, team player, with excellent written, communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, change management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
