- 担当する業界、担当顧客における HPE Aruba ビジネスの拡大を目指し、 HPE 社内の他組織メンバーと連携し戦略的プランの作成、遂行を通じて、受注目標を達成する。

1. 担当する業界、担当顧客の状況を把握し、顧客のビジネス目標達成を実現する為の提案活動を行い、案件開拓からクロージングまでのリードを行う。
2. 顧客/ 業界における人的リレーションを把握・管理し、リレーション深堀、エグゼクティブコールのプランを作成し、継続的な関係構築を実現する。
3. 競合他社に対する HPE Aruba の優位性を説明し、単なる価格競争に陥らない Value Selling を行う。
4. インストールベースの顧客に対するアフターフォローや継続案件の発掘を通じ、競争優位な環境を作り出す。
5. SFDC 等スタンダードツールを活用し、適切な Pipeline 管理、 Forecast を行う。
6. 数字目標達成のためのプランを作成し、実行に必要な社内外のリソースを活用し目標を達成する。

そのため、パートナー様や社内の他部門と連携をしながら Solution Selling を行う事で、案件の創出からクロージングまでをリードする力が求められます。また、単にお客様からの要望を待つだけでなく、製品マーケティング部門や海外の開発部門と連携しながら、新しいビジネス開拓も行いながら、 HPE Aruba ならではの力を体感することのできる組織です。

1. 5 年程度の IT 業界における通信業界向け法人営業経験があること。
2. 目標達成意欲が高く、プロアクティブに行動できる。
3. 新たな顧客、領域の開拓に積極的に取り組むことができる。
4. 個人の成功だけでなく、組織の成功に貢献するマインドがあること。
5. 英語について、日常会話レベル、メールでのコミュニケーションができること。
