HPE Technical Career Path

Our technical career path program is a career and development program for professionals considered technical contributors, to fuel deep technical talent and expertise at HPE. It aims to build a culture that values contribution and business results, rewards innovation, and provides job satisfaction for technical contributors. The program provides a variety of tools to help technologists work with their managers to progress their careers. It also offers technical coaching cohorts which run the entire year, providing space for self-reflection, paired with senior technologist coaching.

They are responsible for building and deployment of next generation of advanced analytics methodologies and software tools to accelerate demand generation, enhance customer experience, and build customer loyalty.

HPE teams design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate HPE’s current and new software to deliver day-to-day successful results to our customers.

This team designs and implements protection to any form of confidential, private and sensitive information or data from unauthorized access, use, misuse, disclosure, destruction, modification, or disruption.

This team designs and develops, new products. They elaborate business justification, planning, verification, forecasting, pricing, product launch, and marketing of HPE products at all stages of the product lifecycle.

The technical support team delivers the finest internal and external customer service by resolving technical issues within different components of computer systems and other network-related IT problems.

HPE Storage fosters ONE inclusive storage culture to accelerate innovation. It brings together the best of converged and hyperconverged architectures on a flexible platform with independent scaling of compute and storage. This team drives IT agility and accelerates time to market with 99.9999% availability.

The technical career path program is specifically intended to offer HPE technologists a growth path that does not require advancement strictly through people management responsibilities. It aims to build a culture that values contribution and business results, rewards innovation, and provides job satisfaction for technical contributors.

HPE fellows and senior fellows are experienced HPE team members who have been awarded the highest technical career path levels as recognition of their outstanding technical contributions to the business and their fields and industries. The list of HPE fellows and senior fellows is available on hpe.com.

The technical career path program was designed with the appropriate job levels and associated pay ranges identified and validated against the external market. As you progress through the technical career path levels, your pay ranges and compensation will progress accordingly.
