About HPE Operations

HPE Operations is our largest organization, making up a third of our full-time workforce. The HPE Operations team are located across 57 global locations, including the US, India, Bulgaria, Croatia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Tunisia. 

Transforming how we work

We use AI to improve demand forecasting, answer customer queries and support requests, guide troubleshooting, allocate materials, and even ensure factory quality and security by identifying defects.

 Net-zero by 2040

We are working to establish, measure, and report our baseline carbon footprint throughout the supply chain. We are also developing a roadmap of carbon reduction opportunities across HPE Operations, including site-balancing and energy-reduction activities, sustainable packaging, and assessing low-carbon fuels for transportation.
