More than 20 years ago, Bulgaria was chosen to house the Global Delivery Service Center — a centralized hub offering remote services across Europe and beyond. The Sofia site is now the second-largest HPE hub worldwide with more than 1600 talented, diverse, and motivated team members. Our engineers work closely with the global HPE Research & Development laboratories — creating and improving the functionality and quality of HPE products and services. Our local professionals are part of global projects in the fields of medicine, sports, cosmonautics, and many more.

Resource Groups (RGs) in Bulgaria

With 11 employee resource groups, such as the Disabilities Network and Women at Work, the HPE Sofia community is exceptionally engaged in supporting and building our culture. Working closely with non-profit organizations, we continuously participate in many social initiatives which seek to help people in need, increase the level of education in the country, and open new roles to people from all backgrounds. We motivate our team members to be part of the engagement groups, be a force for good, and get to know their colleagues better.
