In Her Element
"In Her Element" is a dynamic women's resource group at HPE that provides invaluable support and empowerment to female team members.
It organizes a wide array of activities aimed at fostering networking opportunities for women not only within the company but also externally. The group is committed to upskilling and enabling women through its three pillars: Learning and Development (L&D), Build a Community, and Inclusion & Diversity.
On International Women's Day 2024, the team facilitated discussions on career progression and leadership development.
Singapore Engagement Council
The SEC organizes health and wellness activities, like badminton and pickleball. They also host localized events for global celebrations, like "We are HPE Day" and "Team Member Appreciation Day", to foster camaraderie. Another great success was our retro-themed Dinner & Dance, where an enthusiastic crowd of 700 employees celebrated with entertainment, games, and dinner!

The HPE Gives program embodies our commitment to fostering positive change and making a meaningful impact on society and the environment. Through our three focus pillars - social integration, community wellness, and sustainability - we strive to create a holistic approach to corporate social responsibility.
We came together as a community to protect and preserve our natural environment while strengthening our bonds with one another through a beach cleanup activity, which included the enjoyable experience of kayaking to the shores as well.
