In Her Element
"In Her Element" is a dynamic women's resource group at HPE that provides invaluable support and empowerment to female team members. It organizes a wide array of activities aimed at fostering networking opportunities for women not only within the company, but also externally. The group is committed to upskilling and empowering women through its three pillars: Learning and Development (L&D), Build a Community, and Inclusion & Diversity.

Singapore Engagement Council
The Singapore Engagement Council (SEC) is the largest engagement group within HPE Singapore, dedicated to fostering a vibrant and connected community among its team members. Throughout the year, the SEC organizes activities focused on various themes and also supports a company dragon boat team.
The SEC organizes health and wellness activities like badminton and pickleball. They also host local events for global celebrations like "We are HPE Day" and "Team Member Appreciation Day." Another great success was our retro-themed Dinner & Dance, where an enthusiastic crowd of 700 employees celebrated with entertainment, games, and dinner!
