Our Sales Center is located near the Berlin Zoo in the innovative workspaces of Design Offices, housed within one of Berlin's most modern office buildings. Flexible work areas and open spaces for spontaneous collaboration create the ideal setting for teamwork and new ideas. The central location in Berlin offers excellent transport connections and a wide range of lunch spots and after-work options.

Benefits

We offer you a fixed salary or up to three months of guaranteed income at the start, depending on your role with us. You will also benefit from our success-sharing model, allowing you to participate directly in customer success. We provide 30 days of vacation, plus four additional Fridays off in the summer to support your wellbeing. By agreement, we also offer you the flexibility to work from home.

Women's Network Berlin

Our Women’s Network provides a safe and supportive space for the women in our Sales Center to connect, exchange ideas on current topics, discuss development opportunities, and share experiences about the daily challenges in a male-dominated industry. We aim to empower each other and grow together. We regularly organize Breakfast Clubs with focus topics, creative evenings, as well as workshops and mentoring sessions.

Pride
